As a Data 8 student, you have a unique opportunity to take a connector course in data science. A fundamental part of data science is understanding how general analysis techniques apply to specific disciplines. The connector courses—taught by leading Berkeley faculty in data-driven fields across campus—offer expert perspectives on how a wide variety of subjects incorporate ideas from data science. There is still space available in some of these courses because enrollment is restricted to students who have enrolled in Data 8.
